It’s used for precipitation desoxydation and diffusible desoxydation in the process of steelmaking and widely used in the production of low alloy steel, spring steel, bearing steel, heat resistant steel and electrical Si-steel. Moreover, it’s also important as a reductant and inoculant in other steel producing field.
